This voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Photocopies will not be accepted.

Treatment is subject to consultation and patient eligibility. Preparatory or additional treatment may be required prior to whitening treatment being available. This treatment is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18, or those with allergies to treatment ingredients. Results may vary depending on the condition of the teeth, and the treatment is not effective on crowns, veneers or fillings. Treatment is at the sole discretion of the clinical team at West End Dental.

Vouchers can be transferred where a patient attends a consultation and is deemed ineligible for treatment by our clinical team. Otherwise, vouchers are non-transferable.

Hygienist appointment must be attended before whitening treatment commences.
